For those of you that don’t remember Michaels sad story. He was rescued after his so called ‘family’ moved away & decided that he was not a part of the ‘family’ & left him behind. Of course Michael did not understand what was going on & he just waited & waited thinking his ‘family’ would return, but they never did. The neighbors felt so sorry for him & tried to help but Michael was determined to wait in case his family would come back.

After he was rescued by JAAN he spent 2 years at our center until he has finally been adopted! His mom is so happy having Michael around and said ‘Its a joy to see him so happy and playful!’

Seeing a senior dog that has had a tough life blossom & being happy is the most rewarding experience ever! Please consider adopting an older dog, they too deserve a second chance & we can guarantee he/she will give you so much joy! At the same time you are also helping by giving these senior dogs some, well deserved, good & happy years!
